The governing documents of Terrace Park Estates Phase I & II are as follows:

Bylaws - Approved April 3, 2023

Deed Restrictions - Updated and approved April 4, 2023

The following are the procedures for selling/purchasing property in Terrace Park Estates I & II.

After an offer is accepted, the prospective buyer must give their email information to the park secretary at terraceparkestateswc@outlook.com. The Secretary will then send them an invitation to have a background/credit check done which is paid for by the prospective buyer.

Once the background/credit check is passed, the Secretary will contact the TPE interviewers and give them the information to contact the prospective buyer to set up an interview and complete paperwork for the HOA. At this time the Deed Restrictions and Bylaws will be explained and the buyer will need to sign that they understand and agree to follow the rules that have been voted in place by members.

On the closing date, a $1000.00 Capital Contribution is due to Terrace Park Estates I & II.
